Ageility is a rapidly growing rehab and fitness company for older adults, with 220 locations nationwide, looking for a strong sales and marketing manager to help us grow and expand into new markets across the U.S. You will develop a marketing plan, manage marketing campaigns, craft messaging and build B2B sales relationships for our range of newly-imagined rehab and fitness services and programs. As a key member of the growing AlerisLife sales & marketing team, you will lean on our creative team to build Ageility-specific ads, collateral, web content, pitch decks and more. You will develop a strong understanding of our Ageility audience personas and their needs, then help to bring to life marketing & sales experiences that will motivate and convert those audiences. As something of a data geek, you’ll also continually review both quantitative and qualitative data to discover what resonates and doesn’t, and to help iterate accordingly.

Five Star Senior Living and Ageility are operating divisions of AlerisLife, a provider of an evolving portfolio of residential and lifestyle services to older adults who want to live life to the fullest. We are approximately 10,000 team members serving in 29 states as well as our corporate AlerisLife headquarters located outside of Boston. Together, we’re assembling a suite of best-in-class products and services to inspire joyful living in a growing range of settings.
