Ageility is a leading national provider of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient therapy along with wellness and fitness services designed exclusively for older adults residing in active older adult and senior living communities.

Ageility prides itself on the delivery of superior personalized services in an integrated fashion.

We partner and collaborate closely with the care teams in senior living communities to assist in providing continuity of therapy services across the continuum of care with the ultimate goal of helping our patients regain or retain their optimal level of performance.

Key Responsibilities

At this time, we are seeking a Area Rehabilitation Manager to join our team

This position will oversee the operations of Nine(9) Outpatient Clinics( Independent/Assisted Living/Memory Care Senior Living Communities) in Tennessee with plans for future growth and also five(5) or six( 6) Outpatient Clinics in North Georgia.

This is a salaried position with Semi Annual bonuses and full benefit package- Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off and much more.

Also the Area Rehabilitation Manager must live within the Region.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Directing, organizing and evaluating rehabilitation programs services and personnel in his/her region, in a manner that supports the goals of Ageility. while maintaining federal and state regulations the state specific practice acts for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech language pathology school.
  • Three years of strong clinical experience with at least 1 year Multi Community management experience required.
  • Demonstrates effective time management skills.

Ageility provides both inpatient and outpatient services to over 150 communities. We offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Services. Our specialty programs includes our Step up to Stop falls Program, "Connections" our memory care therapy program, and our executive functioning program that focuses on cognitive strategies aimed at keeping our residents independent in areas such as medication management and house hold functions.
