We are seeking a Welcome Center Engagement Advisor to work remotely from their home engaging with families and customers with empathy and respect while building trust through education and shared knowledge to help them find solutions for a better lifestyle and support.
Flexibility to set your own schedule, with supervisors’ approval, as long as follow-up to families and customers is done in a timely and consistent fashion. Scheduling requires follow-up to families and customers in multiple time zones in the U.S.
Attend mandatory meetings via internet using services like Skype, Teams, or Zoom.
